We are a Steel fabrication and Installation business, undertaking a wide variety of custom work including structural steel, stainless pipe welding and architectural metalwork (Mild Steel/ Aluminium and Stainless Steel) for engineering construction, commercial and residential building projects.

We have work a work opportunity for a fully qualified and experienced boilermaker/welder with demonstrated stainless pipe welding experience (ideally with a 6G TIG welding ticket). You must have fabrication experience (reading drawings, setting out accurately) and be experienced on Stainless TIG/Pulse MIG, and have experience on Mild Steel MIG Welding. Most work is factory based in Brunswick, but regular site work around Melb metro may also involved.

You must:

  • Be very reliable and punctual.
  • Be comfortable working in a small team, and enjoy working in a steel fabrication environment.
  • Have 5+ years welding experience, with a minimum of 2 years Stainless Steel TIG Pipe Welding (a qualification is preferred).
  • Be experienced in fabrication; that is to be able to read shop drawings, and set out jobs accurately/ have a good attention to detail.
  • Take pride in your work and your workplace.
  • Have excellent verbal & written English skills
  • Be self motivated and be able to work unsupervised.
  • Having a Manual Car Licence is preferred.
