Occupational Therapist

Hobart, Tasmania, Australia Private Advertiser Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year
  • 3, 4 or 5 days/week
  • Combine the freedom of working from home with meaningful, F2F local work
  • Regular internal supervision, monthly MDT workshops, + PD allowance

We're on the lookout for a passionate Occupational Therapist to make a difference in the lives of clients in Hobart or surrounding regions.

Supported by a highly regarded Occupational Therapy Manager, you will be joining an established multidisciplinary national network with support at your fingertips most hours of the day. If you value flexibility and wellbeing — whether that's working from home, setting your own hours, or enjoying true autonomy — without compromising on support, salary, or client outcomes, this could be the perfect fit.

We're a national, practitioner-led organisation made up of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and BSPs who collaborate closely to achieve lasting outcomes. Our culture blends clinical excellence with genuine connection — big enough to offer support and opportunities, but small enough to stay nimble and truly listen.

Backed by a robust, sustainable business model and a lean structure, we're both financially strong and nimble — well-positioned to thrive in a shifting NDIS landscape. That means you can step into a role with the confidence of long-term stability, while enjoying the agility and responsiveness of a team that truly listens.

What You'll Enjoy

Support from Day One

  • Structured onboarding and gradual KPI build-up over six weeks
  • Regular clinical supervision & mentoring by our highly regarded OT Manager
  • Access to resource library and monthly cross-disciplinary workshops

Tools & Flexibility

  • Laptop, mobile, and travel allowance
  • Autonomy to shape your schedule (part-time or full-time, early starts or flexible admin time)
  • Remote-first model: live and work anywhere in Australia, with the option to take your caseload with you if you relocate

Meaningful Work

  • Shape your caseload around your clinical interests
  • Engage with clients face to face in your local area and service those further out via telehealth
  • We do our best to keep travel within 30 minutes of your home, with an hour round trip counting as one KPI.

Growth & Development

  • $1,000 PD allowance (increasing annually) + 2 days PD leave
  • Leadership development pathway for those seeking progression
  • Experienced, values-driven leadership who genuinely understand your world (our CEO and National Managers are clinicians/practitioners themselves)
Why Now?

With a clear growth trajectory ahead, new opportunities continue to open — giving you the chance to showcase your skills, take on greater responsibility, and advance your career if that's what you're seeking, while also offering the stability and flexibility for those who value balance above all.
