What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Arboriculture (Climbing or EWP) and 3+ years' post-apprenticeship experience
  • MR truck licence (essential)
  • EWP licence (essential)
  • Experience operating or working alongside excavators, bobcats, and stump grinders
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own jobs, and support apprentices
  • Honest, reliable, and takes pride in delivering top-quality work
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • (Bonus) Experience with cranes and large tree removals or pruning work
  • (Bonus) Certificate II in ESI
