NA Group is an award-winning road maintenance and civil works business with more than 30-years experience.

We are seeking a QA Officer to join our Concrete division. This is a full time permanent position and will be required to work night shift on a weekly basis from Sunday night to Thursday night with overtime shifts from time to time.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of works on our projects by documenting all aspects of the works happening on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Pre-Start Toolbox meetings

  • Documenting all aspects of the works happening on the project

  • Creating a detailed daily diary providing an overview of each shift

  • Taking photos of the works from start to finish to provide visual documentation of the project

  • Assisting with Quality Assurance

  • Documenting aspects of Safety, Quality & Environmental on site through NA Group's digital platform that includes, incident reporting, consultations with clients on site and quality assurance/control (understanding quantities and measurements)

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

  • Construction experience is a MUST

  • HR Licence - preferred but not essential

  • Administrative experience - preferred but not essential

  • Be a confident communicator who recognises the essential role of every person on site

  • Ability to think, adapt and react quickly to any difficulties which may arise in the workplace

  • Attention to detail

  • Construction White Card

  • Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanour – always striving to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of safety and customer satisfaction
