Infor (IPS) Training Lead / Business Analyst

Hybrid / Remote | Contract | 4 days per week

Until October/November 2025 (extension likely if Go-Live shifts)

Our global consulting client is leading the delivery of an enterprise Infor (IPS) solution for a high-profile public sector customer. As part of this major transformation program, theyre seeking an experienced Training Lead / Business Analyst to join their project team and ensure users are set up for success.

This is a hybrid role combining business process insight with hands-on training delivery. Youll work across current and future state documentation, identify gaps, and own the training design and rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review blueprint documentation and assess current operational processes

  • Conduct gap analysis to inform training scope and future state alignment

  • Update and refine future state processes in collaboration with functional teams

  • Design a targeted training plan aligned to go-live timelines

  • Develop role-based, easy-to-follow training materials

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to key user groups

Ideal Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in a dual Training Lead / Business Analyst role

  • Strong understanding of Infor (IPS) or similar enterprise platforms

  • Proven ability to document business processes and translate them into effective training

  • Confidence in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience working in large-scale consulting or systems integration projects preferred

Contract Details:

  • 4 days per week through to October/November 2025

  • Engagement via a global consulting firm, delivering to an enterprise client

  • Extension likely depending on Go-Live readiness

You'll play a vital role in bridging technology and people ensuring that process change is matched with capability uplift. This role is looking for someone that can start ASAP.
