Site Supervsior

We're partnered with a leading head contractor delivering fast-paced retail fit outs across multiple states. They are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join on a contract basis. 

• Locations:  NSW, QLD, NT & WA
• Contract length: 1-6 months
• Night and day shits (mostly nights)
• ABN - PAYG
• Weekly rates: $3,000-$4,500

The Role:

You'll oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. This role for someone autonomous, confident under pressure, and experienced in managing multiple trades on site. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations across retail fitout projects
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams efficiently
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Operate in live environments with minimal disruption to operations
• Monitor progress, report issues, and escalate where necessary
• Maintain compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in retail fitouts, specifically supermarkets
• Comfortable working nights and long hours at times
• Willingness to travel across multiple states and work flexible hours.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure
• Strong technical ability e.g Procure, Aconex
