SEO Specialist

• Location Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane

• Regularly monitor and report on website share of voice (SOV) and traffic performance.
• Collaborate with Content Producers to ensure that written content is optimised for search visibility, considering factors such as heading structure and keyword frequency.
• Make and execute recommendations relating to general website health.
• Understand broad business strategy and priorities. Use that understanding to inform prioritisation and execution of SEO tasks.
• Identify and mitigate risks to existing traffic and engagement.

• Tertiary qualification in an eCommerce-related discipline is desirable.
• 2-3 years' experience in SEO and/or a related discipline.
• Experience within insurance/financial services is desirable.

• Experience with conducting SEO experiments to test theories.
• Proven ability to drive buy-in with stakeholders for recommendations through sharing SEO best practices and supporting with quantifiable data.
• Agile planning experience and ability to effectively use JIRA to manage workflow.
• Inquisitive mindset and willingness to learn and try new things.
