About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Family Law Lawyer with family disputes experience to join our team. You will manage a diverse family law caseload, represent clients in complex legal matters, mentoring junior and graduate lawyers and contribute to the continued success and growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad caseload of Family law matters including mediation and negotiations.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and risk management support to clients.
  • Draft legal documentation including agreement and deeds, brief, affidavits, and court submissions.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation and settlement negotiations.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Support the firm's business development initiatives and help build client relationships.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years of post-admission experience in Family law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven courtroom confidence.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
  • Mandarin language skills are advantageous
