Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and streamline service delivery
  • Lead admin staff, rosters, and team performance
  • Drive clinic growth and lead projects to attract new patients
  • Maintain compliance, policies, and quality improvements
  • Manage budgets, stock control, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with clinicians to optimise care and workflow
  • Elevate patient experience and handle escalations
  • Ensure systems and records are accurate and efficient
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing a high-performing healthcare or dental practice
  • Results-driven with a structured, systems-thinking mindset
  • Strong understanding of compliance and healthcare standards
  • Confident leader with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in practice software and data reporting
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Medicare and private health billing
  • Practical background in stock control and supplier management
  • Track record of delivering clinic growth and operational improvements
  • Familiarity with patient-centred care models
