Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination: Manage client enquiries, appointments, and follow ups.
  • Administrative Support: Perform invoicing, updating client file and assist with other administrative documentation.
  • Team Coordination:  Schedule meetings and support staff with administrative requests. Coordinate resources and equipment for client visits.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in and administrative or customer service role (experience in a health or Allied Health setting is desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, and ability to learn practice management software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
