Essential Qualifications

The most essential quality for this role is a positive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning.

While experience in mechanical or electrical fields is advantageous, it is not essential, as full, comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The successful candidate should be:

• Self-motivated and able to work effectively unsupervised.
• Committed to maintaining a good work ethic and delivering a quality outcome to every customer.
• Expected to have a demonstrated history of providing excellent customer service, as this role involves a high level of direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital part of the team, the Field Service Technician's duties will include:

• Installation of automatic door systems.
• Service and maintenance checks on existing door systems.
• Performing and completing quoted repairs for clients.

Compensation and Requirements

The nature of field service requires flexibility. The successful candidate must be available for the company's on-call roster, and be prepared for occasional after-hours or weekend work.

The compensation package will include:

• A fully maintained service van.
