Job description:

We are excited to announce our newest brand partner - Soul Origin, is coming to our newly constructed Eastern Creek site very soon

Soul Origin is Australia's fastest growing, award winning, retail food franchise brand with over 100 stores across Australia. We are on the look out for experienced Shift Supervisors to help us open two brand new stores and support in leading our teams in bringing this exciting new brand offering to our loyal Ampol customers.

What you will do;

Reporting to the Business Manager you will assist in managing the day to day operation of the store including leading a small team of customer service, barista and kitchen team members on shift. You'll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety, in addition to:

  • Maintaining stock levels and presentation of the store

  • Responding to customer enquiries as required and ensuring the team give our Soul Origin customers an excellent experience.

  • Assisting with training and mentoring up-and-coming team members

What you will need;

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience working as a shift supervisor or team leader in a Fast Food, Café or Restaurant environment
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade

  • Knowledge of specialty coffee will be advantageous
