Established in 1956 by a collective of local fishermen, The Blue Fin Fishing Club proudly stands as Australia's largest fishing club, with over 7,500 members. Today, our nationally renowned social hub offers a warm and inviting setting for members to enjoy quality time with family and friends.

Our facilities include a Bistro, Bar, Café, gaming room, kids' room, and versatile function and training rooms. Conveniently situated in Inala, just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD, 30 minutes from Ipswich, and 1 hour from the Gold Coast, our club provides a central and accessible location for our members.

About the Role

• Serving customers across Gaming, TAB, Keno, and Bar areas.
• Demonstrating a clear understanding of responsibilities to customers in accordance with RSA, RSG, and the Liquor Act requirements.
• Maintaining the club's presentation standards, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety.
• Adhering to gaming and bar standards, procedures, and processes.
• Keeping abreast of updates on food, bar products, offers, and processes.

Skills/Experience

• High proficiency in interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming (RSA & RSG) Statements of Attainment.
• Upholding high standards in customer service with a robust customer service background.
• Flexibility in availability to work rostered shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
