Position: Refrigeration Service Technician

Office Location: Clyde, New South Wales

Job Type: Full-time position

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in on call roster

  • Take the lead in providing exceptional maintenance, diagnosis, and repair services for a diverse range of refrigeration systems, demonstrating mastery in your craft.

  • Employ your analytical prowess to swiftly identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

  • Embrace the challenge of responding promptly to service calls and emergencies, executing swift and effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize client satisfaction.

  • Utilising AroFlo software you will maintain meticulous documentation of all service activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness in service reports, equipment logs, and inventory records.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through clear and proactive communication, offering expert guidance and support

  • Demonstrate a track record of success as a refrigeration technician, with comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and controls.

  • Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, coupled with a commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and teammates, fostering collaborative relationships and delivering superior service experiences.

Technical Requirements:

  • Possess a solid foundation in refrigeration principles and techniques, supported by completion of a Cert III in refrigeration.

  • Hold ARC Licence certification for handling and using refrigerants.

  • Hold White Card certification for work on construction sites.

  • Maintain a valid driver's licence.
