WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within our Community Mental Health team at Gawler. As Team Leader, you will bring your expertise and clinical leadership to guide a dedicated multidisciplinary team, ensuring recovery-focused, evidence-based, and integrated mental health care for consumers, their carers and the community. In this role, you'll enjoy the variety and impact of leading service delivery, mentoring staff, and building partnerships across agencies – all while contributing to innovation and continuous improvement in mental health care.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to the Community Mental Health team in Gawler.
- Coordinate high-quality, recovery-focused consumer care in partnership with staff, carers and external services.
- Drive continuous improvement, service innovation and integration across agencies.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive, safe and supportive workplace culture.

To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake. These are detailed on the Role Description, and do vary depending on what is required in the role, but are likely to include the following:
- You will need to be immunised. The policy on immunisation is very detailed, so please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries. Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy
- You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
- You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse or relevant Allied Health Professional within our organisation.
