Location: South West

RCR Mining Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Bunbury Head Office on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent to support our growing operations. You'll work closely with project teams and management to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes and ensure a seamless mobilisation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Apply strategic sourcing methods to build strong talent pipelines for current and future projects.
  • Provide recruitment advice and support to project teams and management.
  • Conduct interviews and phone screening of applicants.
  • Coordinate recruitment and mobilisation activities including reference checks, medicals, and drug & alcohol screening.
  • Draft and issue employment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate HR system records, including appointment details, qualifications, and mobilisation notes.
  • Carry out additional duties within your skills and competency as required.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within the mining or related sectors.
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, screening, and interviewing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Word and MS Excel.
