Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Nominated Supervisor in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
  • Lead and mentor a team of passionate early childhood educators
  • Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety, and best practice are consistently met
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with families, the community, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure it aligns with the EYLF and NQF
  • Maintain documentation, rosters, and staff training to support smooth centre operations
  • Work closely with the approved provider to meet business and regulatory goals

About You To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Current NSW Working With Children Check
  • Proven leadership experience within an Early Childhood setting
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for early years education and creating a safe, nurturing environment
