Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Nominated Supervisor in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
- Lead and mentor a team of passionate early childhood educators
- Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety, and best practice are consistently met
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with families, the community, and key stakeholders
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure it aligns with the EYLF and NQF
- Maintain documentation, rosters, and staff training to support smooth centre operations
- Work closely with the approved provider to meet business and regulatory goals
About You To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Proven leadership experience within an Early Childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early years education and creating a safe, nurturing environment
