Graduate IT Support Engineer – Hardware Services

Location: Scoresby, Melbourne VIC

Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Whether you're passionate about troubleshooting, hands-on hardware work, or software configuration, we'll help you grow from the ground up — with pathways into our Service Desk and beyond.

What You'll Do

You'll gain hands-on experience and contribute to key areas of our Hardware Services team:


• Manage service tickets with clear documentation and timely updates


• Collaborate across Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and Project teams


• Escalate issues and contribute to process improvements


• Represent Blue Connections professionally onsite and offsite


• Follow safety protocols and company policies

Role-specific tasks include:

Repairs Engineer


• Strong interest and background in IT hardware


• Hands-on experience with tools (e.g., screwdrivers)


• Troubleshooting device hardware issues


• General customer service experience

Decommission Engineer


• Interest in IT hardware and manual work


• Warehousing experience (preferred)


• Full driver's license required for travel across VIC

Builds Engineer


• Solid IT background with proven experience in configuration and software setup

What You Bring


• Recent graduate with a Degree or Cert IV in IT


• Passion for technology and solving real-world problems


• Strong communication and customer service mindset


• Basic understanding of desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting


• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute


• Ability to work 5 days a week at our Scoresby based office and/or onsite at customer locations across VIC as needed.
