What You'll Be Doing

As a Boilermaker with BEZ you'll:

  • Interpret and work from technical drawings
  • Deliver precise fabrication and welding, in-shop and onsite
  • Work with pride, uphold safety, and get the job done right
  • Be part of a tight-knit, high-performing crew that has each other's backs
What We're Looking For
  • Trade qualification in Boilermaking or Welding
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Ability to pass a weld test
  • Strong work ethic and safety-focused mindset
  • White Card and current Driver's Licence
  • Rio Tinto Induction is a bonus, but not essential
