About The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee site operations for major infrastructure projects across roads, rail and urban developments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate multiple crews to deliver quality work safely and on time
  • Work closely with the Project Manager/Engineer to meet cost, schedule and quality targets
  • Manage resources, daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and QA sign-offs
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and your team

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years in civil construction, with at least 2 years on road or TMR/urban development projects
  • Experience supervising crews and working with underground services; shoring experience essential
  • Loader, skid steer or excavator operator skills (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of underground electrical reticulation (desirable)
  • Current driver's licence; HR licence highly regarded
  • Strong communication, safety-first mindset and a proactive leadership style
