About Us
The Pump House is the largest specialist Pump Company in Southeast Queensland – proudly serving our community for over 38 years. With 70+ passionate staff across four branches, we're a local business that genuinely values our people. We offer excellent training, career growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
The Role
As the face of The Pump House, you'll be the first person our customers see when they walk through the door (or give us a call). From helping them find the right product, to keeping our store looking fresh and welcoming, no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with stock handling, displays, and keeping the store looking its best
- Delivering friendly, helpful, and professional service in-store and over the phone
- Processing sales quickly and accurately through our POS system
- Offering product advice and solutions – Training Provided
- Working as part of a tight-knit, supportive team.
