We are now seeking a Franchise Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our franchisees.

About the Role

As Franchise Manager, you will act as the key link between Allied and our franchise partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards, service excellence, and strategic goals. You will support franchisees in optimizing their business performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering long-term success within the Allied network.

This is a dynamic role that combines commercial management, operational oversight, compliance, and relationship leadership. It requires someone who is highly collaborative, commercially astute, and passionate about driving growth through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Franchise & Commercial Management – Support franchisee profitability through financial planning, local marketing initiatives, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Operational Oversight & Support – Guide franchisees in implementing Allied's operational systems, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Performance Management – Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide coaching or intervention where required.
  • Franchise Development & Onboarding – Support the onboarding of new franchisees and contribute to identifying opportunities for network growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of the removals, transport, or logistics industry (highly desirable).
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Experience in compliance, operational performance, and business support.
  • Commercial and operational acumen with a focus on driving profitability.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
