About the role

We're looking for Casual Kitchen and Café All-Rounders to join our Sydney café team, with a strong focus on kitchen and back-of-house operations.

You'll be part of a small, friendly team that values quality, teamwork and good vibes. Most of your time will be spent supporting the kitchen team with food prep, cleaning, and keeping service flowing smoothly. You'll also have the flexibility to step front-of-house when needed to deliver the Allpress experience to our customers.

To set you up for success, we'll also provide training in coffee service, so you can confidently support our barista team when required.

Our café operates Monday to Friday, with day time working hours.

  • Comfortable with food prep, cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards

  • Flexible and willing to assist both BOH and FOH teams when needed
