Senior Social Worker

This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for six months at 76 hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s).

Position Profile:
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic qualified Senior Social Worker to provide social work services at an advanced practice level as part of a multidisciplinary team. This position plans, coordinates, monitors and delivery of timely and culturally appropriate social work services for the East Pilbara including hospital, community, and outreach services.
