Melbourne IVF is inviting applications for the Clinical Administrator position (1.0 FTE), for our new Collingwood clinic. This role provides essential clinical administrative support to the nursing team, ensuring seamless patient care coordination and service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing treatment prerequisites, following up on patient results, responding to inquiries, appointment management, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position plays a vital role in upholding high standards of care and operational efficiency in the clinical environment.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have a strong passion for enhancing the patient experience and ensuring efficient clinical practices. They should be highly organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, work well within a team, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Advanced computer proficiency is also essential.
