We are looking for a front of house manager as well as being a talented Barista who is passionate about coffee and skilled in latte art to enhance our café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty lattes.

  • Create beautiful latte art to impress our customers.

  • Candidates must demonstrate intermediate latte art skills beyond basic designs.

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the café.

  • Engage with customers and provide excellent service, building a rapport with regulars.

  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic workflow.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong focus on latte art.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of barista experience required.

  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for coffee and a desire to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Australian work rights are mandatory for this position.
