Seacorp is seeking an enthusiastic person to perform general ship agency duties at Geraldton including Boarding of vessels, cargo documentation and input of shipping and cargo data into our proprietary "SEAWEB" automated system.

On the job training will be provided.

This role will suit someone that enjoys a flexible lifestyle, working from home and full autonomy to manage their workday.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the role offers exposure to a high-performing professional business environment with structured processes and procedures.

Requirements

The suitable candidate should possess:

· A minimum 1 years' ship agency experience or relatable skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Good time management skills and attention to detail.

· A positive and proactive attitude.

· Eagerness to learn.

· Full Working rights in Australia

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

The role requires the following key duty to be performed:

· Coordinate the essential services for a vessel's call, communicating with the various stakeholders including the vessel's Master, Owner, Shipper, Port Authorities, and Government Departments including Australian Border Force, ensuring the completion of tasks within set deadlines.
