We're Hiring: Junior Coach

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused up-and-comer who wants to break into the fitness industry and grow with a premium coaching facility.

No experience needed — just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping people feel, move, and live better.

This role is ideal for a junior-level coach ready to support our team, learn hands-on coaching skills, and make a real impact in a high-performance, community-driven environment.

What you'll do

  • Assist in delivering small-group PT sessions (mornings & afternoons/evenings)
  • Support coaches by demonstrating exercises, cueing members, and engaging on the floor
  • Build relationships and communicate actively with members
  • Assist 1:1 with NDIS participants as needed
  • Support content creation and daily marketing tasks (filming, ideas, planning, posting)
  • Attend internal education sessions + shadow senior coaches for skill development
  • Participate in team meetings, events, and the ongoing growth of our community

Hours: from 30 hours per week to start

(Pathway to permanent role + salary for the right candidate)

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Fitness (essential)
  • First Aid + CPR (essential)
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
