This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time appointments with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.
Position Profile: Are you a compassionate Clinical nurse eager to make a significant impact on the lives of children and their families? An exciting opportunity in a variety of areas including child health, primary school and secondary school health, education support schools, Aboriginal health team and the Refugee Health team. Are you looking to move away from shift work and embrace family-friendly hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm). These vital roles allow you to promote the health and wellbeing of children, families and specific community groups using a range of health promotion/education and support strategies focusing on the social determinants of health.

About the Directorate: Community Health provides health and developmental assessments, early intervention and health promotion services for children and young people.
These services are provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and supporting families.
