Site Plumber/General Maintenance Technician

Located approximately 220km north of Meekatharra in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia, our underground mine represents one of the world's cleanest and largest lead-silver projects.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Plumber/General Maintenance Technician to join the team at our remote mining operation (Site Based). Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our village and NPI areas while supporting broader site operations.

What You'll Do

Technical Responsibilities:

• Undertake a variety of maintenance activities at site
• Operate various mobile equipment as required.
• Undertake repairs at short notice
• Assist with kitchen repairs and maintenance where required
• Monitor and test chlorine levels in site potable water distribution; and
• Assist with aerodrome management requirements such as baggage handling.
• Assist with general village and site maintenance requirements and duties.
• Management and repairs of STP as required, drains and other arterial plumbing

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• HDPE Butt fusion welding competency
• Plumbing trade qualification preferred
• Current "C" Class Western Australian driver's license;
• Equipment operator experience a benefit

Highly Desirable:

• St Johns Senior First Aid certificate
• Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
• EWP, Forklift, and Dogman tickets
• Minimum 1 Year mining or remote site experience

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Experience with plumbing systems maintenance and repair
• Computer literacy with business software (Pronto systems experience desirable)
• Understanding of WHS requirements
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
