About the Team
IUIH is a regional not-for-profit Community Controlled Health Service (CCHS) that leads the planning, development and delivery of health, family wellbeing and social support services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population of Southeast Queensland. IUIH is working with our Member CCHSs to improve the health, wellbeing and economic independence of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Southeast Queensland, the largest and fastest growing Indigenous population in Australia.
About the Role
In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
Provide training and support to multi-disciplinary staff
Provide expert/specialised education, consultation, and training for the multidisciplinary teams
Assist in leading quality activities and/or research to improve mental health clinical practice within IUIH and within CHQ CYMHS
