In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for safely moving patients, including those with infectious risks and those arriving by helicopter, throughout the hospital.

You'll also play a key role in supporting clinical teams by transporting essential medical equipment, patient-related items, and documentation, as well as managing the respectful transfer of deceased persons to the mortuary. From handling linen to assisting patients in clinical settings, your work will help ensure the hospital runs smoothly and compassionately.

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Able to demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
• Ability to work Mornings, Evenings & Night duty shifts, across a 7-day week roster
• Able to demonstrate problem solving a prioritisation skills in a work environment
• Be able to meet the physical demands of the position as listed in the physical requirements in the position description
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Able to demonstrate a reasonable understanding of work health and safety
• Current driver's license and willingness to use for work purpose travel
