About The Role
As part of the Regional Management Team, you'll provide strategic technical leadership across multiple projects and tenders, ensuring best-practice engineering, design governance and quality outcomes. You'll champion collaboration between engineering, construction and quality teams, lifting technical capability and strengthening our reputation for innovation and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical oversight across tendering, design, delivery and completions phases.
- Lead a high-performing engineering community across projects, embedding best-practice systems and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Regional GM and Project Leads to identify and manage engineering risks, ensuring compliance and governance.
- Drive quality performance and ensure projects are set up for successful completion and handover.
- Engage with consultants, SMEs and industry partners to strengthen capability and competitiveness.
- Develop talent and build future capacity across the regional engineering function.
About You
You're a strategic engineering leader who combines technical depth with commercial acumen. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced construction environment and enjoy shaping how projects are delivered.
- Degree-qualified engineer either currently holding or with eligibility for, chartered membership (NER)
- Proven experience in senior engineering or quality leadership across major infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder management - able to influence, coach and build partnerships across functions and projects.
- A proactive, people-focused leader with a passion for technical excellence and innovation.
