Flinders Co is one of Australia's top meat distributors based in Port Melbourne and we're looking for a high achieving Butcher to join our fast growing business.

We supply some of the world's best meat to the world's best restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in Melbourne and beyond. We are passionate about the brands we represent – ethical, sustainable, boutique producers. Our butchers are world class and produce beautiful sausages, steaks, burgers and schnitzels.

If you are an experienced meat knifehand, portion cutter, or butcher with good references, then this is an opportunity for you to branch into something different - but an opportunity to further your career in a fast growing company that always promotes from within.

The role will involve working with our Night Shift Production Team with portion cutting meat primals, producing gourmet burgers and bespoke sausages, handling and managing a sophisticated dry ageing chiller, and the opportunity to design new products and lines for our food service customers.
