Surf Life Saving Australia (SLSA) is Australia's leading authority in coastal water safety, drowning prevention, and rescue operations. Job Description

This casual role offers up to 38 hours per week, with the potential to transition to a full-time position for the right candidate.

You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly — from coordinating meetings, travel and events to preparing documents, managing data, and supporting projects across the organisation.

What you'll do:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across our teams
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, venues and catering
• Assist with meetings – agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Maintain accurate records, databases and shared files
• Support projects and events with logistics, documentation and communication

Desired Skills and Experience

What we're looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
• Previous administration experience in a busy environment
