About the Role

As an Aged care worker, you'll directly support our residents' physical and emotional wellbeing and overall quality of life. Your personalised care and empathetic companionship will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role

We are looking for a passionate carer for our Aged Care Centre at IRT Thomas Holt Sans Souci Gardens, on a Part Time basis. 

We have an opportunity for morning shift working across Tuesday and Thursday AM (0645 to 1345) with the avaiilability to pick up extra shifts.

Your work may include:

  • Assisting our residents with their daily living and personal needs such as eating, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, personal grooming and general mobility
  • Helping with medication and simple wound dressings
  • Supporting resident participation in lifestyle and social activities
To Be Successful You Will Have
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support or equivalent
  • A big heart - you're empathetic, adaptable and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
  • Experience in aged or community care
