We have been servicing Queensland for over 50 years and are excited to announce a new vacancy at our Distribution Centre in Cairns - Storeperson (Freezer & Chiller).

Working in our fast-paced food service warehouse, this physically demanding role is suitable for candidates with previous experience working in a freezer environment, and strong forklift operation skills.

Monday to Friday from 5am start, your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking & packing customer orders (frozen & chilled food products)
  • Assisting with loading trucks for customer deliveries
  • Receiving and checking supplier deliveries
  • Replenishment in dry, freezer & chiller areas
  • Weigh, pick and pack of meat products
  • Occasional deliveries to customers
  • General warehouse tasks & housekeeping

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in freezer & chiller conditions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Current forklift licence essential
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong OH&S Awareness
  • RF Scanner experience
  • Must be able to pass drug testing
