The Opportunity:
We are looking for two experienced and motivated Head Stockpersons to join our teams at Minderoo and Jubilee Downs Stations. You will play a key role in facilitating and leading livestock activities as part of WA's largest vertically integrated beef business.
You will have previous experience in leading a stock camp and will enjoy guiding the team through horse and cattle husbandry practices, fencing, machinery operation and general station maintenance. A commitment to animal welfare is a must.
About Jubilee Downs Station and the Minderoo Aggregation
Located 90km South of Fitzroy Crossing, Jubilee Downs is a breeding property stretching across 220,000 hectares of West Kimberley landscape. The station is home to a high-quality herd of red composite cattle, with quality weaners entering Harvest Road's vertically integrated supply chain for backgrounding and feeding.
The Minderoo aggregation is located in the West Pilbara region, covering 760,000ha from Pilbara mesa ranges to the Exmouth Gulf coastline. Currently transitioning from a breeding to backgrounding focus, the property is also home to Harvest Road's composite bull breeding program, horse breeding program and irrigated fodder production.

- Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia and a current manual driver's licence. These roles are not suitable for people on short term /working holiday visas
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong focus on safety and animal welfare.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in handling both horses and motorbikes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
- Base mechanical knowledge.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated and hard-working, willing to be part of, and foster a great station culture.
- Current driver's licence, truck licence highly regarded.
- Pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment.
