Job Details

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead operations across a diverse range of facilities. This full-time role runs from Monday to Friday, 1pm – 9pm, and offers the opportunity to truly make your mark within a supportive, forward-thinking company.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting a dedicated team of cleaners with a hands-on approach

  • Acting as the 'face of Quayclean' in your venue and maintaining strong relationships with client staff

  • Managing daily rosters in a flexible and proactive manner to ensure exceptional service delivery

  • Reviewing staff timesheets and ensuring timely reporting

  • Conducting quality control inspections, audits, and documentation

  • Monitoring and managing inventory: consumables, equipment, and cleaning supplies

  • Delivering weekly Toolbox Talks and safety briefings to the team

  • Overseeing the training of new staff

  • Participating in state-wide Teams Leadership meetings

  • Maintaining high standards of Work Health and Safety (WHS) and compliance at all times

Skills and Experience

  • Proven supervisory experience in the commercial or education school cleaning sector

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

  • Confidence in using technology for reporting and auditing

  • A passion for people and performance

  • A commitment to leading by example
