Contractor Wanted – Airbnb Cleaning Work (Batemans Bay Area)

I'm looking for a reliable and mature-age contractor to join my cleaning business. We service Batemans Bay and surrounding areas.

Location: Batemans Bay area (travel between properties required)

Start Date: Flexible, immediate start preferred

Requirements: - Must have a full driver's license

  • Must have your own vehicle for transport (fuel costs covered by contractor)

  • Must supply cleaning products when the business supplies run low

  • Must have (or be willing to get) an ABN and public liability insurance

  • Comfortable working on a 60/40 job split (60% to contractor, 40% to business)

  • Able to commit to all allocated jobs (some days may have no work scheduled)

  • Willing to wash and dry linen as part of the role (included in the contractors split)

  • Able to work efficiently and complete multiple Airbnb turnovers within a 4-hour period when required

  • Must follow safe work practices and comply with WHS/OH&S requirements while on the job.

What's Provided:

  • I provide all cleaning equipment, so you don't need to buy your own. (does not include cleaning products after the initial stock runs low)
  • I manage all clients, quotes, bookings, and scheduling – you won't need to deal with clients directly.
  • You'll simply check your rostered dates and complete the cleans.
  • The business currently services multiple Airbnb properties and private homes, with steady ongoing work.

  • There is also the opportunity to take on more clients as the business grows.

  • Payment is processed weekly after jobs are completed

This role would suit someone dependable, organized, and looking for consistent contract work without the stress of chasing clients.
