About the Role:

Event Force (part of the ACESGroup) is seeking enthusiastic casual event staff to join our team for upcoming events in Adelaide.

Our first available opportunity is Sunday, 26 October 2025, supporting a major mass participation event. Shifts will start from around 5:00am, so applicants must be available for this date.

We're looking for outgoing, reliable, and professional team members who love working with people and enjoy the excitement of live events — rain, hail, or shine You'll work closely with your team to welcome participants, provide directions, assist with logistics, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will be:

  • Marshalling participants
  • Checking in participants
  • Managing queues
  • Providing directions and general assistance
  • Supporting at drink stations

What you need:

  • Availability to work Sunday, 26 October 2025 (from 5:00am)
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • A positive attitude and great service with a smile
  • Valid Australian work rights
