Welcome to Little Souls Academy, a family-owned and operated service caring for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our mission is simple yet powerful — to support every child to nurture, learn, and flourish in a safe, joyful, and inspiring environment.

Operating from 7:00am to 6:00pm, our service offers natural play spaces, light-filled rooms, and abundant resources designed to spark imagination. With both indoor and outdoor areas, we create the perfect setting for children to explore, discover, and thrive.

We're searching for a passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our Little Souls family. — a place where curiosity, laughter, and meaningful connections come to life.

In your role as an Educator, you will:

  • Support and nurture young learners through play-based learning and intentional teaching practices
  • Design inspiring environments that spark curiosity, creativity, and a love of discovery
  • Bring kindness, positivity, and a "can-do" attitude to every day
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture, bringing energy and support to every room

What You'll Bring:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
  • Confidence connecting with children, families, and colleagues
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday across shift patterns
