[Multiple C++ Developer Roles – Tier-1 Hedge Funds – Sydney]

We're looking for talented C++ Software Developers (multiple openings) to join high-impact technology teams at tier-1 hedge funds and prominent crypto funds. These are front-office facing roles building mission-critical, high-performance trading and risk platforms that directly support the business in Sydney.

You'll collaborate with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and traders to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge systems. The focus is on low-latency, throughput-intensive applications where performance and reliability are paramount. Whether you're mid-level aiming to accelerate your career, or a seasoned developer ready to take ownership of complex systems, we'd like to hear from you.

Ideal profile:

  • Low-latency or high-performance systems experience is a strong plus.
  • Previous exposure to trading systems, crypto exchanges, market data, or other real-time domains is highly valued.
  • Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and concurrency models.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Passionate about writing efficient, maintainable code and continuously improving performance.
