A fantastic opportunity for an ADAS-qualified Diver to join the Huon team at our Storm Bay region.

The role

As a Diver, you play an integral part in ensuring maintenance of Huon's surface and sub-surface infrastructure, providing support through general dive and farm attendant duties. Reporting to Subsea Management, your responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking repairs to nets, equipment, and other general maintenance.
  • Undertaking subsea infrastructure inspections as required.
  • Rigging and retrieving mortalities.
  • Located at our Storm Bay site, this opportunity operates on a full-time basis with a 7-day on, 7-day off roster.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in aquaculture (Diving)
  • ADAS Part 2 Restricted Dive ticket (or equivalent).
  • A current Dive medical or ability to obtain.
  • Current First Aid and Oxygen Resuscitation Certificate.
  • A current and valid Driver's licence.

The annual salary for this role is $76,515 to $95,000 plus superannuation.
