Panda Early Learning Centre is a purpose-built childcare center in Alkimos. We are dedicated and passionate about early childhood education and aim to provide a warm, safe, hygienic, homely, and enjoyable environment where each child is inspired and nurtured.

About the Role

We are searching for a passionate, dedicated, and professional Casual Educators.

Qualities and core values:

  • Understanding and implementing the Regulations, NQS, policies, procedures, and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Developing trusting, meaningful relationships with children
  • Developing a professional and trusting relationship with families
  • Respecting the diverse skills, abilities, and interests of all educators
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate will hold:

  • An ACECQA approved Cert III or Diploma of Children Services (or working towards)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Child Protection Training
  • Experience working in all age groups in early childhood settings
  • A strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
