This is an opportunity for a Hot Water & Hydronics Sales Specialist
to join our growing team and become a part of a developing sector selling some of Europe's most advanced technologies.

Role Description:

We're seeking a motivated
Hot W
a
ter & Hydronics Sales Specialist
to join our team. Based in our Wetherill Park head office, this role focuses on driving sales growth through technical product knowledge, relationship-building, and customer support. You'll work with plumbing & HVAC contractors, engineers, and wholesalers to promote and sell our range of hot water and hydronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage sales of hot water systems and hydronic heat pumps
  • Proven successful record of new business development
  • Ability to build and facilitate strong relationships with contractors, plumbers, engineers, and wholesalers
  • Established network within the HVAC/Hydronic/Chiller industry
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Reporting, presentation skills with the ability to conduct site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer service, logistics)
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, or hydronic system sales
  • Strong technical knowledge of hot water systems and hydronic heat pumps
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/specs is desirable
  • Excellent communication, computer and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organised
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required
