Are you an organised, able to multitask, reliable, and proactive individual looking for a varied admin role in a green, hands-on environment? We're a busy arborist and garden centre business producing our own mulch and firewood, and we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team on a temporary basis — with the possibility of it becoming a permanent role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • General admin support for our arborist and garden centre operations
  • Answering customer enquiries (phone, email, in-person)
  • Booking deliveries and scheduling qutes and work for our tree team.
  • Processing sales and quotes
  • Managing records and maintaining compliance paperwork
  • Assisting with stock orders
  • Social Media Posting
  • Helping keep the office running smoothly

We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Local area knowledge a big advantage
  • Confident communication skills, English skills essential
  • Experience in admin or customer service or sales
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team
  • Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, powerpoint, Canva, Social Media & Servicem8 experience an advantage)
  • Bonus if you have experience in trades, landscaping, or horticulture office settings
