We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their fast-paced marketing team. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of brand execution, retail POS, and digital content adaptation, delivering high-impact creative assets across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys engaging with an active lifestyle culture and perfect if you're passionate about action sports, music, and youth-focused experiences.

Responsibilities Include

  • Design, adapt, and localise static POS materials for retail environments, including shelf strips, wobblers, floor decals, window graphics, and more.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork across multiple formats, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and retailer requirements.
  • Adapt motion graphics and video content for social channels (Reels, TikTok, Stories, YouTube Shorts) and in-store digital screens.
  • Localise global creative toolkits for the Australian market, updating pack shots, flavors, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Brand, and Sales teams while liaising with printers, production partners, and digital vendors.

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in graphic design within FMCG, Retail, or brand execution environments
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related studies, or equivalent technical trade degree or experience in graphic design.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience working on lifestyle, sports, beverage or youth-focused FMCG brands is preferred.
  • Experience with motion/video asset resisting and adaptation.
  • Strong understanding of the print production process
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple concurrent rollouts.
  • Strong portfolio is necessary
