Boilermaker/Fabricator Mobile or Workshop

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Bakers Mobile Welding Full time $100,000 - $120,000 per year

We have a great opportunity for a Boilermaker to join our mobile welding team at various sites around the Brisbane area for long term work.

Duties Include -

  • Onsite welding
  • Heavy fabrication and pulse MIG welding
  • Fabrication from engineering drawings and no plans
  • Structural welding
  • Earthmoving fabrication
  • Repairs
  • Mild Steel, Aluminium & Stainless Steel
  • Pipe welding (optional)
  • Option to work in workshop in Capalaba some days

Requirements and Experiences -

  • Trade Qualified Boilermaker
  • Trade specific hand tools
  • High level attention to detail & quality control
  • Ability to work alone
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Required to pass a weld test
  • Drivers License
  • Forklift License
  • White Card
  • Reliability

Full time hours available on a casual basis with the option of moving to full time. Subcontractors and apprentices welcome to apply.

**Location, please note this will be all over Brisbane as we are mobile. However, we do have most of our work on Brisbane southside. Traveling to site will include paid travel.
