We're growing our national Consulting practice and are looking for
project delivery professionals
who are ready to step into (or continue) a client-facing consulting role. Our focus is on helping organisations in
financial services
and
aged care
achieve operational excellence through smarter, more efficient processes and systems.

As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead and deliver projects end-to-end — from scoping and analysis through to solution design and implementation. You'll apply your project delivery expertise to solve complex business problems, drive change, and create lasting impact for our clients.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 + years' experience delivering projects in a client-facing/advisory, in-house, or consulting environment
  • Project and/or Change Management experience
  • Ability to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design better operating models
  • Strong business requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Solid technical analysis capabilities
  • Experience planning and delivering workstreams from problem definition to co-designed solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
